Clinical Study Groups (CSGs) are groups of committed research leaders from all over Hungary. These key opinion leaders have a strong record of participation in clinical research in their respective paediatric fields. The main role of Clinical Study Groups is to:
- Be responsible for developing and overseeing their portfolio of studies
- Propose and develop new trials and other well-designed studies
- Provide specific advice to investigators
Following the founding of MCRN Hungary, the development of clinical research groups started. The aim of these networks are to promote and support clinical research across Hungary. These research networks are operational in the therapeutic areas of:

- Gastroenterology
- Infectology
- Oncology
- Orthopedia
- Pulmonology
- Rare diseases
